What is a Quick GAIS?
Quick GAIS is a simplified version of the classic GAIS survey and consists of just nine questions. It takes 2-3 minutes to answer and gives a quick overview of job satisfaction in an organisation. The question framework is built around the GAIS model, measuring overall job satisfaction as well as the seven factors with a documented impact on it.
Quick GAIS - a condensed survey
Quick GAIS uses one indicator for overall job satisfaction and one question for each of the seven factors. Finally, the respondent assesses how important each factor is to their own job satisfaction. Because each factor is covered by only one question, the survey does not go into depth with wellbeing – instead, you get a quick indication of what job satisfaction looks like right now – and with it, a natural opportunity to start a dialogue or follow up with a full GAIS survey with 38 questions.

All questions are answered on a scale from 0 to 10, where:
- 0 = not at all
- 10 = to a very high degree
