The full GAIS questionnaire version consists of 38 questions based on 7 factors that are important forjob satisfaction.

The 38 questions are divided into question batteries for the seven factors as well as a separate question battery that captures the overall job satisfaction. Finally, there is a ranking question where participants are asked to rank the 7 factors in terms of perceived importance.

Question catalog for GAIS survey

In addition to the GAIS standard questions, it is possible to add extra questions to your company survey. You can choose up to 10 questions from the GAIS question catalog and add up to 10 questions that you formulate yourself. If you are a GAIS Basic user, you can add up to 5 questions.
